At Call Conveyancing Services has been working across Victoria for over twenty-five years, on every kind of property matter the state throws up. Standard residential purchases, the unusual deceased estates, the off-the-plan that needs careful sunset-clause reading, the subdivision that needs monitoring through to registration.
We're a small firm on purpose. The team is senior. Files don't get handed to a junior and quietly forgotten. The same person you spoke to at the start of the matter is the same one who'll call you on settlement day.
Two offices — Camberwell North and the Mornington Peninsula — covering buying, selling, subdivisions, transfers, off-the-plan, commercial, survivorship, deceased estates, and First Home Buyer concessions across Victoria.

Licensed Conveyancer
Melissa established the practice and continues to run it. She holds an unrestricted Conveyancer Licence, an Associate Diploma in Legal Practice, and is a registered PEXA member. The team works alongside her across both offices.

Plain English, always
You won't get correspondence from us you can't read. If a clause matters, we'll tell you why. If it doesn't, we won't fill the page with it.
Engage early, save money later
The most expensive matters are the ones we're sent after the contract is signed. Most issues we catch on a Section 32 review are issues that don't exist by the time we settle — provided we see the contract first.
Same team across the matter
No call centres. No "your matter has been escalated". No being passed around. The phone number on this site is the one that picks up.
Fixed fee, given upfront
You'll know what we charge before you instruct us. Disbursements (search costs, registration fees, statutory authority certificates) are passed through at cost — not marked up.
